The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.

hahahaa just like the title says I have returned LOL! Sorry to anyone that I have only just replied to but I have been busy latly with new projects, games and stuff in general DA got shoved back into storage for a while but dw Im back. LOL!

So new project starting really interested in it, as Im supposed to make myself a famous game designer. My tutor relised I have a obsession over gaming and allowed me to do it on this how cool is that? LOL! So yep Bladelmtd characters like blade, and bloodshot are not aloud in it because apparently they are already well known DX LOL but I have other characters that are in the making VAMPIRES. ;D LOL Going so far I have Thana as she is the main character

LOL I am actually making this storyboard of this game and everything but no will not be creating the actual thing, just a gaming case, and some posters and stuff. Maybe a tshirt and bits and bobs. LOL making the game would take blender, and 3d programing I do not like and I am only familar with Ogre 3D from IT, and I would I have to change loads of things in it and with the time schedual I have it would not be possible. LOL I can also create maps from sims 3 but they will take to long for a 6 week project DX LOL

so simple way was to make sims 3 into the charecters themselves, having them already in 3D and making them pose, then editing the images to look like vampires fighting and stuff? sound good? Its really a project on Branding, so for now my brand name is not bladelmtd anymore in this project it is Thana. LOL!!

My last project I made 2 PC game manuals and PC game cases on extinction of species. I will try and get the images up later of them

Totally and utterly addicted to the books of Darren Shan, ciruque du freak so what if they are for younger people? Im 20 and balled my eyes out over it. Loved it so much bought the DVD and one of the books I want to get them all but I know what happens as I read them already .DXX LOL probs will end up buying them though depending on what grade I got for my other project. LOL!!
my N is not working well on my keyboard I think I got chips in it, gotta press really hard....*cough* anyway
